Sofie started out as a pastry chef and chocolatier. Today she is a well-known TV Chef in Belgium and the author of several cookbooks, which resulted in winning the World Gourmand Cookbook Awards.She is both a chef and a mom, who loves to experiment with fresh ingredients and local products as much as possible. This year Sofie became the ambassador for the Foundation Against Cancer. Her mission is to bring people together for happy, cozy moments around a big table filled with tasteful, juicy seasonal food.
