Martin Volkaerts

Martin Volkaerts, also known as the “enfant terrible” of his generation, has a culinary resumé that makes the true connoisseur turn green with envy. He worked at Pastorale , Noma , Quique dacosta , l air du temps,… Nevertheless Martin Volkaerts, one of the last Belgian finalists of the Top Chef programme, decided to come back to his first love and, with his father Marc, mix classical and contemporary cooking at the family restaurant.
