As well as being a chef, Groves is also an amateur cyclist. He authored the Cure Leukaemia Charity cook book Back in the Saddle, after raising more than £300,000 cycling professional cycling’s Grand Tours – the Giro d’Italia, the Tour de France and the Vuelta a España.
