First Green and Healthy Festival was in 2016 . Our collaboration partners are all the Green and Healthy Ambassadors including VSS, Earth Society and other corporations. This year, the festival has the theme to work towards a harmonious one earth home and celebrate green and healthy living in conjunction with UN’s Sustainable Gastronomy Day. Sustainable gastronomy is practice or art of choosing, cooking, and eating good food in a way that enhances ecological sustainability. The aim of Sustainable Gastronomy Day is food security, agricultural development, nutrition, sustainable food production, and conservation of biodiversity. The UN has designated 18th June as Sustainable Gastronomy Day. Green and Healthy Festival this year is held on 15th and 16th June (10am to 8pm) and 17th June (10am to 5pm) in Singapore EXPO Hall 4B.
